A small mixed-use community for living and working — two long-term rental apartments and six office pods, woven together by an architecture designed to disappear into its planting. On the front street of Grande Salvaje, walking distance to the beach.

Salvaje 55 is built around a simple idea: the buildings should be the quiet part. Stone-clad lower walls, vegetated trellises climbing the upper floors, and tropical planting woven through every transition — the architecture is designed to be slowly absorbed by what grows around it.
The landscaping itself is composed of native and low-water species, reducing irrigation needs and letting the project live in balance with the climate it sits in.
It's mixed-use by program, but mostly it's a place to live and work without leaving the rhythm of Playa Grande.

Born from the land, the tropics, and the Costa Rican spirit. We believe in building with respect for Playa Grande, blending into the surroundings and in simplicity. Returning to our roots. Barefoot.
Two long-term rental apartments designed for residents who want to put down roots in Playa Grande. Built to be quiet, efficient, and connected to the landscape — not just a place to crash, but a place to live.
Six office pods for remote workers, small studios, and creative practices who want a real workspace within walking distance of the ocean. Private, well-ventilated, and designed for the long Pacific day.
