Where Hermosa proved that a small condominium could give back to the forest, and Grande proved that a community of homes could be built around the trees that were already there — The Salvaje House is the project that takes everything we've learned and refines it into a single residence.
Concrete, wood, glass, and water — the materials we trust most — composed quietly around a courtyard tree. Ground-level living that opens to the jungle. Deep eaves, cross-ventilation, and a roofline that reads as one continuous gesture from the road. Designed bioclimatically for the dry tropical climate, and solar-ready from the outset — orientation, roof, and electrical paths set for clean energy from day one.

Some homes earn the right to be referenced. The interior courtyard, the long glazed corridor, the wood-clad volumes opening onto a planted garden — these are forms we've studied carefully and wanted to bring into our work.
Pictured alongside is an inspiration floor plan for The Salvaje House — a residence organized around a courtyard, with the public spaces (kitchen, living, dining) holding their own pavilion, and the bedroom wing opening toward the view of the trees.
